MEMBERSHIP – NOTE REGARDING PAYMENT

If you would like to join GLOW or renew your membership and you have a Visa credit card, please send an e-mail message to the GLOW secretary (glow@let.uu.nl) to this effect. Any such messages arriving in December will induce a membership start/renewal in 2010. As soon as credit card payments with Visa Cards become available again, we will inform you of any necessary steps.

 

Two important notices!

1. The GLOW Bureau: See Current affairs for the new address.

2. The fall newsletter: The Fall Newsletter will be sent to your e-mail address. Please provide the GLOW Bureau with a valid email address, and inform us in case your email address changes. Additional information on the GLOW Newsletters is available here.

 

GLOW offers a reduced rate for a 4-year membership for students. Please note that you may avail yourself of this option only once. We also offer 5- and 10-year memberships at reduced prices.

GLOW members are entitled to reduced rates for The Linguistic Review and/or certain linguistics books published by Mouton de Gruyter. Orders for The Linguistic Review or any linguistics books published by Mouton de Gruyter must be sent/faxed to Mouton (not directly to GLOW).

GLOW membership fees (as of 2008):

Student/Unemployed: € 11.50
Student 4-year: € 30.00
Regular: € 25
5-year: € 110
10-year: € 200
Lifetime member: € 400

The membership form may be downloaded here. Please print out the first page of this document, fill it out, and send it to the address given on the form.

If you pay by credit card, you can also fax the form to + 31 30 253 64 06.

Act now! Renew your membership before January 1st, especially if you intend to attend the annual GLOW colloquium.
